Air Fryer Lemon Herb Shrimp
Air Fryer Lemon Herb Shrimp is a fresh, easy, and healthy recipe for the air fryer!
You can make it your own by using any fresh herbs that you like.
And enjoy the shrimp as is with some lemon wedges… or use the shrimp to top a salad, pasta, or in a wrap.
Only a few minutes of prep time and the rest of the work is done in the air fryer 🙂
How to make Air Fryer Lemon Herb Shrimp
You’ll need a pound of jumbo shrimp that has been peeled and deveined.
Also some olive oil, fresh lemon juice, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and some fresh herbs of choice.
I had basil, thyme, and dill growing in my garden so that’s what I went with.
First pat the shrimp dry very well with paper towels.
This will help the seasoning stick.
Then add a tablespoon each of olive oil, lemon juice, Old Bay, and a few cloves of minced garlic.
Chop the herbs, about 3 tablespons total, and add those as well.
Toss until evenly combined.
Then place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
And set the air fryer to 390 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cook time will depend on the size of the shrimp.
Air Fryer Lemon Herb Shrimp will have your kitchen smelling heavenly!
You could serve with a few lemon wedges to squeeze over top if desired.
And use these in so many ways if you’re not just serving them as they are.
On a salad, in a wrap, over pasta, or even in a quesadilla (which is what I did with our leftovers).
