Ingredients
  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh chopped herbs of choice (I used basil dill, and thyme)
  • Optional: lemon wedges
Instructions
  1. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and put them in a bowl. Add the olive oil, Old Bay, lemon juice, garlic, and fresh herbs. Toss until evenly mixed.

  2. Put the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 390 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on size of shrimp.

  3. Serve as is with lemon wedges to squeeze over top or over a salad, pasta, or in a wrap.
