Air Fryer Pomegranate Glazed Salmon is quite the unique treat!
And for as fancy as it sounds… it’s surprisingly simple and easy to make.

How to Make Air Fryer Pomegranate Molasses Salmon
Literally all the sauce is made of is BBQ sauce and some of this pomegranate molasses.
A half cup BBQ sauce and a Tablespoon of the molasses, simply mix together in a bowl.
Put some of the sauce in a separate bowl to use as a dipping sauce.
And brush some of this sauce on two salmon fillets.
Season the salmon with kosher salt, pepper, and any all purpose seasoning blend of choice.
I got this one for Christmas and it’s pretty darn good 🙂
Now that we are sauced and seasoned, the next stop is the air fryer!
Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket with the skin side down.
Then set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
And brush with more of the sauce halfway through cooking.
Now if this is not the definition of glazed, I don’t know what is!
A gorgeous, caramelized salmon dish for sure 🙂
I sprinkled chives over my Air Fryer Pomegranate Glazed Salmon
Slide a fork between the salmon skin and the salmon, and the skin should be easily removed.
Serve with the extra sauce on the side for dipping.

Air Fryer Pomegranate Glazed Salmon has BBQ sauce and pomegranate molasses to create a gorgeous glaze in this easy air fryer recipe
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 to 2 Tbsps pomegranate molasses (link to buy in post above)
- kosher salt, pepper, all purpose seasoning blend of choice
- 2 salmon fillets ( each about 4 to 6 ounces)
Put the BBQ sauce and pomegranate molasses (more or less depending on your taste) in a bowl and stir until combined.
Put half in small bowl for dipping.
Brush some the other half on the salmon fillets. Season the salmon with kosher salt, pepper, and all purpose seasoning blend of choice.
Put the salmon, skin side down in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Brush more of the sauce halfway through cooking.
Serve with the extra sauce that was set aside earlier.
