Air Fryer Ginger Garlic Salmon
This air fryer ginger garlic salmon recipe is super easy thanks to my secret ingredient… ginger soy glaze!
You can find this in most larger grocery stores in the Asian section.
Or click below to buy from Amazon!
I use this in other dishes such as sushi bowls and sushi stacks!
It’s also an excellent dip or glaze for chicken.
How to make air fryer ginger garlic salmon
This recipe feeds 2, or possibly two adults and a kid.
You’ll need two salmon fillets, about 4 oz each.
In a small bowl mix together 1/4 cup of the ginger sweet soy glaze, a little soy sauce, and a little garlic and ginger paste.
Of course you can use fresh minced garlic and ginger, I was just trying to simplify a bit and use these pastes.
You can easily find them in the fresh herb section in your produce department of the grocery store.
Brush some of the glaze over the salmon.
Then cut a crown of broccoli into florets and toss them with the remaining glaze.
Place the salmon in the middle of the air fryer and arrange the broccoli around the salmon.
Season lightly with kosher salt and pepper, not too much because the soy sauce does have some salt.
Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 8 to 9 minutes.
This will give you nice crisp charred broccoli, if you do not want your broccoli charred just cook the salmon for a few minutes and then add the broccoli.
We had our air fryer ginger garlic salmon with sriracha Mayo and extra of the ginger soy glaze!
