Basically it’s cheese with prosciutto on a Naan flatbread and then drizzled with balsamic glaze and fresh basil.

Even though there aren’t tons of ingredients and a whole lot of pizzazz going on…

The simplicity of this makes it extra special.

Here is how to make Prosciutto Flatbreads with Balsamic Glaze

If smoking these flatbreads, the first step is to brush two Stonefire Naan Flatbreads with olive oil.

Then thin strips of prosciutto go over top.

Go ahead and snack on a few pieces as you go, it’s too tempting not to 😉

If baking these in the oven brush them with olive oil, bake the flatbreads by themselves for 5 minutes in a 400 degree oven.

This will help crisp the crust a bit.

Then add the cheese and prosciutto over top of each one.

And bake them for 6 to 8 more minutes.

I am smoking mine on the Traeger smoker.

It goes on the grates with the Traeger set to 375 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.

I love my Traeger, super easy to use and gives a great smoked flavor without being overwhelming.
