Watermelon Feta Prosciutto Bites
I’ve got quite the show-stopping, elegant party appetizer recipe for you today! Watermelon Feta Prosciutto Bites!
It’s a no cook, easy appetizer to assemble bite but it really brings that WOW factor.
A little bit of patience is all you need.
It doesn’t take a long time to put them together, but it can become a little tedious.
Totally worth the effort though because if you show up to the party with these tiny bites of heaven compared to a cheeseball, everyone will notice…and appreciate you 😉
How to Make Watermelon Feta Prosciutto Bites
Set up a little station with watermelon, a whole block of feta, and prosciutto.
Cut the watermelon and feta into cubes that are similar in size.
Repeat after me…these do NOT need to be perfect.
If you try and get them the exact same size you’re likely to lose your mind.
Perfection is overrated, just shoot for kinda, sorta the same size.
Tear the thin slices of prosciutto into smaller pieces and fold each little piece.
Put the prosciutto onto a skewer or toothpick first.
Then the feta and watermelon.
Repeat with remaining skewers and place them on a plate or serving dish.
Look how pretty 🙂
When ready to serve these, drizzle some balsamic glaze over top.
You can find balsamic glaze in the vinegar section of the store, or there’s always Amazon.
It’s a sweet, syrup like consistency that has SO much flavor.
