Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Pickles

Share Post
Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Pickles are quite unique and not your typical snack or appetizer.
Obviously you have to be a pickle lover to truly appreciate these.
If you’re into the low carb or keto thing, these are approved with less than 1 net carb per serving.
As you can see I am using Grillo’s pickles… they’re refrigerated, very crispy, and I highly recommend.

How to make air fryer bacon wrapped pickles
First set your pickle spears on some paper towels to absorb the excess liquid.
I left mine on for several minutes then turned them and left for several more minutes to get as much liquid out as possible.

Next wrap each pickle spear with a slice of regular cut bacon, overlapping slightly.

Then sprinkle all sides of the bacon with your favorite barbecue seasoning blend.
I went with Honey Hog which has a slight sweetness, it complemented the salty bacon nicely.

Finally place the pickles in the Air Fryer basket.
Set the Air Fryer to 400 degrees for 14 to 16 minutes or until the bacon is cooked how you like.
Serve Air Fryer Bacon wrapped pickles with some ranch for dipping or they’re great just how they are!
I do however highly recommend letting them cool for several minutes before serving.
Both the texture of the pickles and the bacon are just better if you wait for them to cool all the way.
