No Cook Meal Plan July 5
It’s now July and boy is it HOT outside! Therefore turning on the stove, oven, or sometimes even the grill sounds less than appealing. Fear not, friends…This week I bring you recipes for a No Cook Meal Plan!
That’s right, all three delicious weeknight meals and our fun weekend snack you don’t have to cook at all 🙂
Harvest Apple Salad with Maple Vinaigrette
Not only is this salad a no-cook meal, it’s also very healthy and equally yummy.
The dressing is very easy to make and so good with the apples.
You could add some cooked chicken if you prefer, but I think it’s fabulous just like this.
Southwest Chicken Salad Wraps
The key to making these a no-cook meal is buying a rotisserie chicken from the store and shredding it.
Serve these as wraps, bread, on crackers, or even on celery slices too.
If you have some extras make Southwest Chicken Meal Prep Salads too!
Italian Sub Chopped Salad
Everything yummy about an Italian sub, but all chopped up and served as a crisp, refreshing salad.
Italian Sub Crostini
So with my weekly meal plans, I try and use strategies to make my life a little easier.
This week we are using the leftovers from the Italian Sub Chopped Salad for the fun weekend recipe.
Ok, technically this recipe calls to toast the bread…if you truly want to not cook at all, just serve on bread slices 😉
I sure hope you enjoy this week’s No Cook Meal Plan!
Check out last week’s 20 Minute Meal Plan
All meals that can be prepared in twenty minutes or less 🙂
Perfect for those weeks that are extra busy.
