Weekly Meal Plan March 1

We all need some one pan easy cleanup meals and recipes in our lives!

Sometimes the actual cooking part of dinner recipes is not that bad, and for some of us (like me 🙂 ) it’s quite enjoyable. The two biggest complaints I hear from people about making dinner is…

1. Figuring out what to make and planning the actual meal.

2. Cleaning up after making dinner.

Well, I totally have you covered with the first one! I share a new weekly meal plan each week.

I always tell my kids, I’m a super mom, but I am NOT Supermom! Meaning there is no way I am preparing a dinner seven days a week.

Planning three meals during the week and something fun to make on the weekends is my version of a totally do-able and acceptable meal plan.

With the second complaint about cleanup, I wish I could help ya out and do your dishes but that’s not going to happen 😉 .

However, I am sharing one pan easy cleanup meals for you this week!

Yes, that’s correct, all of the meals this week require only one dish to prepare 🙂

Cheesy Taco Baked Chicken

This one is a definite winner winner chicken dinner!

I would recommend lining the dish with foil to make cleanup even easier.

Serve with some chips and salsa on the side and voila, you have an easy cleanup meal.

Sweet and Spicy Pork Bites with Veggie Fried Rice

So technically this may be considered a two pan meal, because the pork and rice are made in separate pans. BUT, you can make extras and meal prep the rest to get dinner for two nights.

Just a few simple ingredients in these and go perfectly together.

Veggie Fried Rice

Salmon Teriyaki and Veggies

I mean, just look at all those gorgeous, colorful veggies and perfectly cooked salmon.

I think I got healthier just by looking at this one pan meal.

This one uses store bought teriyaki sauce to make it a little easier to prepare.

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

Who wants to eat a salad on the weekends?! Not me 🙂

This girl wants some beer and chicken wings and to relax on the couch.

These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings can be made in the smoker or in the oven.
