Weekly Meal Plan October 27, 2019

I’m back with a fall themed meal plan for you all this week!

This week we have fall themed one pan or one pot recipes!

Who doesn’t love a theme…and who doesn’t love easy, simple one pan meals?!

My version of a weekly meal plan may be a little different than some.

I cook three times during the week and make one fun snack or appetizer or dessert on the weekend.

I cook in larger quantities than I know my family will eat, so we usually have leftovers at least twice a week.

The other nights I make something simple that does not require much effort like sandwiches or order a pizza. It’s hard being a busy, working mom.

Hopefully this fall themed meal plan will help take some of the stress off of at least planning what to make.
