Alright friends, so I am trying something new for you. Bringing you weekly meal plans each week to take some of the meal planning stress out of your life.
I will list all of this week’s recipes below and link them to the the recipes so they are all in one place for you. Sound good?
One of my most requested questions is “How do you plan your meals?”.
And the answer is not simple, my mind works in crazy ways to plan meals each week.
Some weeks I plan based on what I have in my fridge, some weeks I plan simple dinners if it will be an extra busy week, etc.

I always make three meals per week and I love a fun weekend dinner or snack as well.
Also, I cook in larger amounts than I know my family will eat so I know we always have leftovers, which means a night OFF from cooking…sound good?
We usually will order pizza or go out a night or two as well. Hey, if I cooked EVERY night I would drive myself crazy.
This is the plan that works to keep me at least somewhat sane, so hopefully me sharing my weekly meal plans, will help you as well.
Meal #1: Italian Sub Roll Ups

And Meal #3: Italian Sub Chopped Salad
