High Protein Turkey Taco Meal Prep Salads
This recipe for High Protein Turkey Taco Meal Prep Salads is part of my Blackstone High Protein Meal Prep Series, so the turkey was already cooked when I assembled these salads.
Check out the meal prep series HERE with the 4 high protein meals I made with the turkey (and sweet potatoes)… or follow these directions.
How to make High Protein Turkey Taco meal Prep Salads
Preheat a skillet or your Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
Add some cooking oil of choice, a pound of ground turkey, and your favorite taco seasoning.
I actually only used half a pound of turkey for these salads, and the other half for High Protein Turkey Taco Stuffed Avocados.
Cook the turkey 7 to 10 minutes, mixing and breaking it apart with your spatulas.

I packed mine up to use in several meals throughout the week, or you can just make these salads.

Divide a Taylor Farms Mexican Street Corn Salad Kit between two meal prep containers.
Add the cooked taco meat, black beans, cheese, cilantro, and the topping packet from the salad kit.

Put the dressing into two cups with lids, I also added a little hot sauce and lime juice to each dressing container.
Dice an avocado and add to the salads right before enjoying.

Lunch will certainly not be boring with these Healthy High Protein Turkey Taco Meal Prep Salads 🙂
