Hot Honey Shrimp Sushi Bowls
I had full intentions of making Hot Honey Shrimp Sushi Bowls in a skillet but ended up making them on my new Blackstone E-Series Indoor Griddle!
It just happened to show up at my doorstep right before making these sushi bowls, so I went for it.
Whether you make this dish in a skillet or your griddle, it’s absolutely incredible in both flavor and beauty.

How to make Hot Honey Shrimp Sushi Bowls
First cut half pound of jumbo shrimp into bite size pieces.
Then put them in either a skillet or on the griddle with some cooking oil and a pinch of Old Bay seasoning.
And cook them for about 2 minutes.

You can microwave a pouch or container of Jasmine or sticky rice according to the package directions.
But I just added mine to the griddle next to the shrimp.
Add some soy sauce and hot honey to your shrimp.
And mix the rice around if cooking on the griddle.

This could be a fabulous meal just like this!

I divided the rice between two bowls and topped the rice with the hot honey shrimp.

Then add some avocado and toppings of choice to customize your sushi bowls.
I went alllll out with cilantro, sriracha mayo, ginger soy glaze, wasabi, pickled ginger, and sesame seeds.

Hot Honey Shrimp Sushi Bowls were almost too pretty to eat 😉

But I mixed it all up and dug right in after admiring it for a moment.
