Hot Honey Shrimp Sushi Bowls looks like fancy recipe, but it's easy to make sushi at home with rice, avocado, and shrimp and sushi toppings!
Set a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Once hot add cooking oil, shrimp, and Old Bay. Cook 2 minutes and add soy sauce and hot honey. Cook 1 to 2 more minutes, mixing a few times.
Microwave the rice according to package directions or if cooking on a griddle, add it to the griddle and mix with spatulas as the shrimp cooks.
Divide rice between two bowls and top with hot honey shrimp and avocado.
Top with desired additions such as cilantro, spicy mayo, sesame seeds, ginger soy glaze, pickled ginger, wasabi, and/or more soy sauce.
