Crock Pot Pepperoni Pizza Chicken
This is one of the BEST family friendly slow cooker recipes I have made, Crock Pot Pepperoni Pizza Chicken has everyone’s favorite, simple ingredients!
Gotta love a 6 ingredient dump and go Crock Pot dinner recipe, right?!
It can be low carb or Keto friendly if using the right pizza sauce.
But we splurged and served this with garlic bread, we aren’t scared of carbs around here 😉
How to make Crock Pot Pepperoni Pizza Chicken
First put 1 1/2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken thighs or chicken breasts into your slow cooker.
Then season with kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Plus a heaping pile of freshly minced garlic joins the party 🙂
Next add a 5 ounce bag of mini pepperoni and a 14 ounce jar of your favorite pizza sauce.
Then set your Crock Pot/ slow cooker to low for 6 to 8 hours.
Now just use two forks to shred the chicken right in the slow cooker.
Finally stir in some shredded mozzarella cheese, because cheese is truly the star of any pizza dish 😉
Save a little cheese and pepperoni to top your Crock Pot Pepperoni Pizza Chicken 🙂
Garlic bread was the perfect addition to this slow cooker meal.
But keep things low carb and serve a salad on the side instead if you prefer.
Leftovers of this meal heat up perfectly, allllmost even better the next day in my opinion.

Crock Pot Pepperoni Pizza Chicken
Crock Pot Pepperoni Pizza Chicken is an easy and kid friendly dinner recipe for the slow cooker perfect served with garlic bread!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 6 to 7 cloves garlic minced
- kosher salt, pepper
- 1 5 ounce bag mini pepperoni
- 1 14 ounce jar pizza sauce
- 1 to 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional: garlic bread
Instructions

Put the chicken into the slow cooker and add the Italian seasoning, garlic, kosher salt, pepper, pepperoni, and pizza sauce.

Turn the Crock Pot on low for 6 to 8 hours. Shred the chicken into smaller chunks in the slow cooker with two forks, stir in some of the mozzarella cheese and add the remaining cheese over the top. Leave it in the slow cooker until the cheese melts.

Serve with garlic bread if desired.
