Air Fryer Old Bay Chicken Wings
Air Fryer Old Bay Chicken Wings are such an easy air fryer recipe with the crispiest skin around town!
Only a few simple ingredients, too 🙂
These are a great dinner or could make a fun appetizer or game day snack.

How to make Air Fryer Old Bay Chicken Wings
This crispy skin is thanks to an extra step and a secret ingredient, which apparently is no longer a secret after this post 😉
First pat 1 1/2 pounds of jumbo split chicken wings dry with paper towels, like as dry as you can get them.
This should be about 12 wings total.
Put them in a bowl and add baking powder… yes, baking powder.
It dries the chicken skin creating that crisp that we desire.

Next add 1 1/2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning along with some kosher salt and pepper.
Go light on the salt and pepper because Old Bay does already have a good amount of salt,

And simply toss them together in a bowl.

Then place them in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
I wish I could say there’s more to it than this, but it really is just that easy.
Just set the air fryer to 390 degrees for 24 to 26 minutes.

Just look how flavorful Air Fryer Old Bay Chicken Wings are!

You can enjoy the wings plain just like this.
Or toss them with your favorite chicken wing sauce.

Either way, they are fabulous and amazing!
