Easy Coconut Shrimp Tacos
You’ll quickly see why this recipe is called EASY Coconut Shrimp Tacos, my friends.
I can certainly cook from scratch, but once in awhile I take help from store bought ingredients.
There’s no shame in that game!
Sometimes us home cooks just need simple recipes to get dinner on table quickly, right?!
If you want to make this Fried Coconut Shrimp, go right ahead.
Or use the frozen coconut shrimp with the sauce pack included like I did.
How to make Easy Coconut Shrimp Tacos
I am using another home cook hack and using my air fryer to cook these shrimp to crispy perfection.
Just set your air fryer to 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
Or cook them in the oven according to the package directions.
And while the shrimp do their thing in the air fryer, thaw the packet of sauce that comes with the shrimp.
Yummy, crispy perfection right here!
Just remove the tails before adding these gorgeous shrimp to the tacos.
Warm the tortillas and place 3 to 4 shrimp in each tortilla.
And a drizzle of the orange marmalade.
Then add some lettuce and cheese.
I mean, yes there is some sort of rule about not mixing seafood and cheese.
So if you’re a rule follower, just skip the cheese.
But I like to have fun with food, plus tacos just need cheese in my opinion 😉
I also added some cilantro and hot sauce.
And a squeeze of lime over top.
These Easy Coconut Shrimp Tacos are a fun, simple dinner recipe perfect for Taco Tuesday!
And no one really even has to know just how easy they were to make 🙂
