Big Mac Dip
This easy Big Mac Dip recipe is everything you’d find in your Mickey D’s favorite burger, but served as sort of a taco dip type appetizer.
And what would that be exactly?!
Sing it with me… two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, on a sesame seed bun 😉
Well, no bun exactly, but served with tortilla chips for dipping.

How to make Big Mac Dip
First set a skillet over medium heat and add a pound of ground beef.
Season with some Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, pepper, and steak seasoning blend.

Cook the ground beef for 5 to 7 minutes.
And use a spatula to break it apart as it cooks.
Then put the cooked beef on a plate lined with paper towels and let it cool.

There are sooooo many recipes for copycat Big Mac sauce, but I am one to save a few steps if I can.
So I am using this store bought “special sauce” which is darn close to the actual burger sauce on a Big Mac.
Spread 16 ounces in a casserole dish, which for this brand was about one and a half bottles.

Then thinly shred two cups of lettuce.
I used a mandolin, but a knife works too.

Big Mac’s have onions, pickles, and sesame seeds (on the bun).
I don’t love onions, so for my optional toppings I chopped some pickles.
And I set out sesame seeds to sprinkle over top.

To assemble, add the cooked and cooled ground beef over the sauce.
Then add your lettuce, two cups of shredded cheddar cheese, pickles, and sesame seeds.

Serve this amazing Big Mac Dip with tortilla chips for dipping!

Cover and refrigerate before serving this dip, either cold or at room temperature.
