Blackstone Griddle BBQ Corn
Cooking a complete meal on the griddle in the summer is possible with this amazing side dish… Blackstone Griddle BBQ Corn!
Utilize the big cooking space by griddling a steak, chicken, or maybe some kabobs at the same time as the corn.
BOOM… perfect summer dinner all ready at once 🙂
How to make Blackstone Griddle BBQ Corn
First you’ll need 4 ears corn on the cob that have been shucked.
And some melted butter, kosher salt, pepper, minced garlic, and your favorite BBQ seasoning blend.
I am using the Meat Church Honey Hog, but any store bought or homemade seasoning will work!
Brush the corn with melted butter and season all sides with kosher salt, pepper, and BBQ seasoning.
Then mix the rest of the melted butter with finely minced garlic and more BBQ seasoning.
Preheat the Blackstone griddle or flat top grill to medium heat for a few minutes.
Next just add the seasoned corn on the cob to the griddle.
The corn will cook 9 to 11 minutes total.
Turn it a few times and brush with the BBQ garlic butter a few times as well.
If you have a melting dome, you can use it to speed up the cooking but it’s not totally needed.
Blackstone Griddle BBQ Corn is the perfect summer side dish recipe!
We had ours with a few ribeye steaks for a complete meal.
This was farm fresh corn too!
With a little sweetness that really complemented the smoky BBQ flavor.
