Turkey Club Meal Prep Salads
Turkey Club Meal Prep Salads are my salad recipe version of turkey club sandwich and they are super yummy!
Easy meal prep salads can sometimes save a little bit of sanity when trying to conquer extra busy weeks, which lately seems to be every week for me.
How to make Turkey Club Meal Prep Salads
First make your bacon, I used my air fryer.
Just into the basket for ten minutes at 400 degrees.

I am using iceberg lettuce because it is crisp and refreshing…I know it’s not packed with as many vitamins but I just love it.
But really any lettuce will work just fine, so just use your favorite 🙂
Chop up the lettuce and divide into four containers.

Next up is slicing a pint of grape tomatoes in half and topping the salads with those and some cheese.

Then prepare the turkey…this is 3/4 pound of deli sliced turkey that I chopped and topped the salads.

Next up is the bacon, which just gets crumbled over top.
The dressing I used is a light ranch dressing.

These turkey club meal prep salads will stay good in the fridge for about three days.
