Turkey Club Meal Prep Salads
Turkey Club Meal Prep Salads are my salad recipe version of turkey club sandwich and they are super yummy!
Easy meal prep salads can sometimes save a little bit of sanity when trying to conquer extra busy weeks, which lately seems to be every week for me.
It only took me about ten minutes and I know my lunch is prepped and ready to go.
How to make Turkey Club Meal Prep Salads
I love to use my air fryer to make bacon.
No flipping or getting burned by the grease…just into the basket for ten minutes at 400 degrees.
The recipe calls for four pieces of bacon, notice I have five (snack for me).
That’s really the only cooking involved.
The rest is chopping and dividing into containers.
I am using iceberg lettuce because it is crisp and refreshing…I know it’s not packed with as many vitamins but I just love it.
But really any lettuce will work just fine, so just use your favorite 🙂
First chop up the lettuce and divide into four containers.
Next up is slicing a pint of grape tomatoes in half and topping the salads with those and some cheese.
Then prepare the turkey…this is 3/4 pound of deli sliced turkey that I chopped and topped the salads.
Next up is the bacon, which just gets crumbled over top.
The dressing I used is a light ranch dressing.
If I’m going to indulge with cheese and bacon, might as well cut some calories with the dressing, right?!
These are 2 oz cups with lids that I ordered from Amazon.
These turkey club meal prep salads will stay good in the fridge for about three days.
With the teens and myself, we are lucky if they last that long around here 🙂
