It doesn’t get much more simple and delicious than this slow cooker recipe for Crock Pot Chicken Cordon Bleu!
I have been making this tried and true recipe for years and it’s always a hit with my family.
I am a busy mom and teacher who has been a little stressed and falling apart lately, if I managed to pull this off this week…anyone can 🙂
This dinner started this during the morning craziness of getting myself and the kids ready for school.
Even with stopping to take the pictures, I still made it to school on time…yay me!
How to Make Crock Pot Chicken Cordon Bleu
It starts with whisking together cream of chicken soup, milk, and Dijon mustard.
Put 2 pounds chicken breasts in a crock pot or slow cooker, season with salt and pepper, and pour a little of the soup mixture over top.
Then, put diced ham and swiss cheese on top.
And pour the remaining soup mixture over top.
Sprinkle an 8 oz bag of Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing over top and some melted butter.
Turn the crock pot on low for 6 to 8 hours.
When you get home from work, dinner is waiting for you…

Crock Pot Chicken Cordon Bleu
A super easy way to make chicken cordon bleu, slow cooked to perfection
Ingredients
- 2 10.5 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 3 Tbsps dijon mustard
- 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
- kosher salt, pepper
- 1/2 pound deli ham diced
- 1/2 pound sliced swiss cheese
- 1 8 oz bag Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
- 4 Tbsps melted butter
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, and dijon mustard.

Place the chicken breasts into a crock pot. Season with kosher salt and pepper. Pour about 1/4 of the sauce on the chicken.

Put the diced deli ham on top of the chicken and lay the swiss cheese slices on the ham. Pour the rest of the sauce over top.

Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix over top. Pour the melted butter evenly over the stuffing mix.

Turn the crock pot on low for 6 to 8 hours.
