This simple dinner recipe is like a mini, low carb version of chicken parmesan that’s so fun to eat… Air Fryer Stuffed Chicken Parmesan Bites!

We dipped ours in marinara for the perfect saucy, cheesy bite every time.

How to make Air Fryer Stuffed Chicken Parmesan Bites

First put a pound of ground chicken in a bowl and season with kosher salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.

I cut 8 (1-inch) size cubes from a block of mozzarella cheese before mixing the ground chicken.

Then combined the ground chicken and seasonings with my hands.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • kosher salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder
  • 8 (1-inch) cubes mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Put the ground chicken in a bowl and season with kosher salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix until combined.

  2. Wrap each cube of cheese with the ground chicken, forming into a ball. Roll them in the parmesan cheese and place them directly into the air fryer basket.

  3. Set the air fryer to 380 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

  4. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
