With just a few simple ingredients it comes together in a few minutes, ya gotta love simplicity at dinner time, right?!

How to make Air Fryer Ribeye and Mushrooms

First brush olive oil on both sides of a one pound ribeye steak.

Then season with kosher salt, pepper, and your favorite steak seasoning.

Put the sliced mushrooms in a bowl to drizzle a little more olive oil, and season with kosher salt, pepper, and steak seasoning.

Next stop is the air fryer basket.

Place the steak in first and add the mushrooms around the steak.

Then set the air fryer to 390 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes for a medium rare to medium steak.

Of course you can add a minute or two for more of a medium well doneness.

Put a pat of butter over top of the steak to melt over top as the steak rests for a few minutes before serving.

Ingredients

  • olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, steak seasoning blend
  • 1 Ribeye steak (mine was 16 ounces, 1 inch thick)
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Brush the olive oil on both sides of the steak and season with kosher salt, pepper, and steak seasoning. Put the mushrooms in a bowl and add some olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, and steak seasoning. Toss until combined.

  2. Put the steak and mushrooms in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 390 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes (for medium rare/ medium doneness on the steak).

  3. Put the butter on the steak and let it melt as the steak rests for a few minutes before serving.
