Breakfast Sloppy Joe Sliders
This recipe for Breakfast Sloppy Joe Sliders is such a simple breakfast idea, easy to make, but still with a little wow factor made in a skillet, Blackstone griddle, or indoor griddle.
I am using breakfast sausage, but you could add a little spice by using chorizo if you’d like!

How to make Breakfast Sloppy Joe Sliders
First preheat your large skillet or outdoor Blackstone griddle to medium-low heat.
Or, set your indoor griddle to 400 degrees.
Add some butter and toast those slider buns, cut side down for a minute or two.

Start cracking 8 eggs into a bowl and season with kosher salt, pepper, and a seasoning blend of choice if desired.
I am using my Blackstone Lumberjack Breakfast seasoning blend.

Remove the buns once toasted how you like and add some ground breakfast sausage to the griddle or skillet.
Cook the sausage for 5 to 7 minutes, breaking it apart with spatulas.
Then beat the eggs with a fork.

Once the sausage is cooked through, pour the eggs over top and cook them together.

Mine took just a few minutes.

Finally, add shredded cheese of choice, some maple syrup, and a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce.
Mix together until cheese is melted and serve on the slider buns.

Breakfast Sloppy Joe Breakfast Sliders are a hit every time!
Great for camping, a holiday breakfast, or meal prep for the week to reheat on the go for busy mornings.
