First put 1 1/2 pounds of cubed beef stew meat in the Crock Pot.
Then add a diced onion, sliced mushrooms, kosher salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, French onion soup, cream of mushroom soup, and a packet of dry onion soup mix into the slow cooker.
Give all of this goodness a gentle stir.
And turn the Crock Pot on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Then boil a 12 ounce bag of egg noodles in salted water according to the package directions.
And stir in 1 1/2 cups of sour cream along with the cooked, drained egg noodles.
