Air Fryer Lemon Salmon and Broccoli

Air Fryer Lemon Salmon and Broccoli is an easy and healthy dinner recipe for the air fryer!

I just got back from vacation where I indulged in allllll the food and drinks.

I mean, that’s what vacations are for, right?!

Well, now that I’m back to reality I needed something healthy to make me feel human again.

This complete air fryer meal was not only full of nutrition, it was equally delicious!

You could even cut down on the butter to increase the healthiness if desired.

How to make Air Fryer Lemon Salmon and Broccoli

This is a meal for two, so I have two salmon fillets and a broccoli crown (which is smaller than a bunch).

First melt 6 tablespoons of butter.

And as I mentioned earlier, you can use less to cut calories if you prefer.

Then add 3 tablespoons lemon juice and 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning.

Then a teaspoon of garlic powder.

Mix this together and set about half of it aside for when serving the salmon.

Next put the salmon fillets in the air fryer and brush with some of the lemon butter.

Then season with kosher salt and pepper.

And set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 3 minutes.

While the salmon cooks by itself, cut the broccoli crown into florets.

And toss them with more of the lemon butter.

Then add the broccoli to the air fryer and season it with kosher salt and pepper.

Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 7 to 8 more minutes.

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 1 broccoli crown cut into florets

Instructions

  1. Put the melted butter, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix together and set aside half for serving with the salmon.

  2. Put the salmon in the air fryer and brush with some of the lemon butter, season with kosher salt and pepper. Set the air fryer to 400 degree for 3 minutes.

  3. Toss the broccoli with more of the lemon butter. Add the broccoli to the air fryer, season with kosher salt and pepper. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 7 to 8 more minutes.

    Note: The broccoli is meant to be crisp with charred edges, for less char set the air fryer to 370 and increase cook time slightly.

  4. Serve the salmon and broccoli with the lemon butter that was set aside earlier.
