
Air Fryer Lemon Salmon and Broccoli is a healthy and keto friendly recipe for the air fryer, a complete meal ready in just minutes!
Put the melted butter, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix together and set aside half for serving with the salmon.
Put the salmon in the air fryer and brush with some of the lemon butter, season with kosher salt and pepper. Set the air fryer to 400 degree for 3 minutes.
Toss the broccoli with more of the lemon butter. Add the broccoli to the air fryer, season with kosher salt and pepper. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 7 to 8 more minutes.
Note: The broccoli is meant to be crisp with charred edges, for less char set the air fryer to 370 and increase cook time slightly.
Serve the salmon and broccoli with the lemon butter that was set aside earlier.
