Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Bites
Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Bites is such an easy and slightly spicy recipe with just a few simple ingredients.
Think of these as a healthier version of a boneless wing.
All the yumminess and flavor with none of the heavy breading.
You can simply dip them in ranch or serve them on a salad or in a chicken wrap.
How to make Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Bites
First cut the chicken into bite size pieces.
I am using boneless, skinless chicken thighs because they are cheaper and don’t dry out as much.
But chicken breasts work too!
Put the chicken bites in a gallon size plastic bag for mess free marinating.
Add some pickle juice, your favorite buffalo sauce, paprika, ground red pepper, kosher salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
The pickle juice may seem odd, but trust me!
It gives a unique flavor but I promise does not taste pickle-y at all 🙂
Massage the bag until combined and then marinate in the fridge for a few hours.
Next put the seasoned chicken bites in the air fryer basket.
And set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes.
Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Bites are super simple and very tasty!
I served them as dinner with some ranch for dipping.
And used the leftovers the next day to make a buffalo chicken salad.
