Steak Fried Rice Salad
The first step to making this recipe for Steak Fried Rice Salad is actually to make Hibachi Steak and Fried Rice for dinner the night before.
Of course, you might actually have leftover steak fried rice from a restaurant that you could use as well.
That way when you are ready to either have the salads for dinner, or meal prep them like I did, it only takes about 5 to 10 minutes.
That’s all thanks to these amazing salad kits that you can find in the produce section of most grocery stores.
They have multiple kinds, but for these I am using the Sesame Asian Chopped Kit.
The dressing and toppings are included for your convenience 🙂

How to Make Steak Fried Rice Salad
First, divide the lettuce from 2 salad kits between 4 bowls or containers.
I am using containers and putting everything on the side because I delivered these to my fabulous friends who are teaching second grade together this year.
BEST second grade team around and they deserve a yummy lunch 🙂
Either put the salad dressing and toppings in little cups with lids, or add them right to the salads if not meal prepping.

Then top each salad with the steak and fried rice.
My rice was at room temp, but you could add it cold or warm if you prefer.

A little yum yum sauce over the rice makes it extra good!
Even with the dressing, I can never turn down yum yum sauce!
Mix everything together and dig in to Steak Fried Rice Salads!

- 4 oz yum yum sauce
Instructions
