Air Fryer Honey Sriracha Shrimp
One of our snacks last weekend was this easy recipe for Air Fryer Honey Sriracha Shrimp.
On the weekends we love snacky snack dinners.
Basically a bunch of little appetizers and we call it dinner.
Lightly breaded shrimp cooked until crispy golden brown in the air fryer and tossed with a sweet and spicy sauce.
The sauce is easily made by combining honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, and mayo.

How to make Air Fryer Honey Sriracha Shrimp
I peeled and deveined a pound of jumbo shrimp and then pat them dry.
This helps for the egg and flour to stick.
Then I set up the breading station right next to my air fryer.
A beaten egg in one bowl and flour, seasoned with kosher salt and pepper, in another bowl.

Dip each shrimp into the egg first and then into the flour, coating all sides.
And then into the air fryer basket.
Give a light spray of non stick cooking spray over top before starting the air fryer.
This will help get that gorgeous golden brown color.
They will cook at 400 degrees for 12 minutes, and shake the basket halfway through.

As you can see they get crispy and golden brown!
And they smell so good as they are cooking away in the air fryer.

Toss the Air Fryer Honey Sriracha Shrimp in the sauce from earlier and dip them in ranch for the perfect snack!
This was a great part of our snacky snack weekend dinner.

That’s usually our go-to weekend meals, just a bunch of snacks…so yummy and fun!
