This Everything Bagel Salmon is perfect for a busy weeknight meal, but also stunning enough to serve at any special occasion.
This is a two pound side of salmon that I put on foil and then folded the sides around it slightly.
If you prefer using smaller salmon fillets, the directions are the same, just cut down on the cook time by 2 minutes.
Since it’s cooked on foil, clean up only takes a second!
How to make Everything Bagel Salmon
The sauce for this dish is made by mixing room temp cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, kosher salt, and pepper.
Beat that with a hand mixture for about a minute. It will take a few seconds to come together, but having the cream cheese at room temp help a lot.
Then stir in chopped chives or green onions. It brings flavor and also makes it extra pretty.
Brush 2 Tbsps of the sauce over the salmon.
And sprinkle a good amount of everything bagel seasoning over top.
I just used the store bought seasoning, making this dish even simpler.
But hey, if you have your own homemade seasoning that is even better!
Put the sheet pan in a 400 degree oven for 13 to 15 minutes.
And turn the broiler on for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
This will help toast up the everything bagel seasoning and bring a nice crisp.
Cook time will largely depend on how thick the salmon is.
Serve Everything Bagel Salmon with the rest of the delicious sauce and enjoy!
