Everything Bagel Salmon is a one pan meal that is healthy and easy to make, the salmon goes perfectly with the everything bagel seasoning

Ingredients
  • 2 pound side of salmon
  • 4 oz cream cheese at room temp
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsps chopped chives or green onions
  • 3 Tbsps everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
  1. Lay the piece of salmon on foil and place on a baking sheet. Fold the sides around the salmon (picture example in post above).

  2. Put the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, kosher salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix with a hand mixture until smooth.

  3. Brush 2 Tbsps of this mixture on the salmon and sprinkle the salmon with the everything bagel seasoning.

  4. Put the salmon in a 400 degree oven for 13 to 15 minutes, depending on salmon thickness. Turn the broiler on high for 2 to 3 more minutes.

  5. Serve the salmon with the remaining sauce.
