Smoked BBQ Corn

Smoked BBQ Corn was one fabulous side dish recipe that we tried and LOVED!
One of the best parts of making dinner on the smoker is having no dishes.
So when I am making some chicken or pork on the smoker for our dinner, I try and come up with a side dish that can also be made on the smoker.
A simple corn on the cob with just butter, salt, and pepper is something we have a lot in the summer.
This recipe adds a BBQ twist making it extra special.
How to make Smoked BBQ Corn
Start with 6 ears of corn on the cob that have been shucked. Then melt butter and mix in garlic and some of your favorite BBQ seasoning.
I am using Meat Church Honey Hog, which is a sweet BBQ seasoning and big on flavor.
I also LOVE the BBQ Seasoning from the Savory Spice Shop!
Brush the garlic BBQ butter on the corn.
Then sprinkle with even more BBQ seasoning on all sides.
Next put the corn on the smoker set to 225 to 250 degrees.
It will take 45 minutes total, and turn it a few times throughout.
Just keep checking it toward the end and remove when done to your liking.

No dishes and lots of happy kids and husband with this meal, which makes me one happy momma!
