Smoked Red Pepper and Feta Dip

Smoked Red Pepper and Feta Dip

There’s just something SO extraordinary about this Smoked Red Pepper and Feta Dip recipe!

The combo of the smoked peppers and onions with the feta, a little sour from the lemon juice, and spice from the crushed red pepper flakes.

Eeeekk, I think I just drooled a little just thinking about it!

You could totally make this in the oven if you don’t have a smoker, and I would highly encourage everyone to make it, and make it often!

Yes, it’s THAT amazing 🙂

How to Make Smoked Red Pepper and Feta Dip

First step is coating four red bell peppers and one red onion that’s been cut into thick slices with olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper.

Then let them cool for a bit.

Once they are cooled, pull the stem off of each pepper.

The stem will easily pull right out.

Next up is putting the peppers and onions in a food processor or blender.

Add feta cheese, garlic, fresh lemon juice, dried oregano, kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.

Finally, blend for about a minute or until it’s all evenly combined.
