Honey Soy Grilled Chicken
This easy Honey Soy Grilled Chicken recipe is big on flavor, but with very little work on your part, grill or cook on your Blackstone griddle.
This simple five ingredient recipe may become one of your new favorites!
Serve this as dinner, but make extra to dice and store in the fridge to add to salads, wraps, and rice bowls!
How to make Honey Soy Grilled Chicken
The night before add the chicken to a gallon size plastic bag.
Add soy sauce, honey, garlic paste, and ginger paste to the bag.

Massage until evenly mixed and put it in the fridge overnight.

When you are ready for dinner, all you have to do is use tongs to put the chicken right on the grill over medium to medium high heat.
You could also make these on your Blackstone griddle, just add a little cooking oil first.

Grill or griddle four to five minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the chicken.

That’s it!
Seriously…dinner is done!
Honey Soy Grilled Chicken is one of our family favorites, and when the family is happy it makes your life just a little easier too 🙂

A simple and easy side dish to serve with this grilled chicken is corn on the cob and also zucchini.
Brush with some olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper and right onto the same grill.
They take between 10-12 minutes, so I like to add them a few minutes before the chicken so it’s all done at the same time.
