A simple and delicious marinade for this grilled chicken dish

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or thin cut breasts
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste or minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste or minced ginger
Instructions
  1. Place the chicken in a gallon size plastic bag. Add the soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Massage the bag until evenly mixed.

  2. Marinate the chicken in the fridge overnight.

  3. Cook over medium to medium high heat on your grill or Blackstone griddle for 4 to 5 minutes per side, depending on thickness of chicken.

    Note: Serve as dinner or make extra, dice and store in the fridge for a few days to add to salads, wraps, and/or rice bowls.
