Ritz Cracker Toffee Cookies

Ritz Cracker Toffee Cookies

I only make easy dessert recipes, and these Ritz Cracker toffee cookies are very easy…no bake, deliciously sweet and salty, absolute perfection.

How to Make Ritz Cracker Toffee Cookies

Pour a 12 ounce bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips in a bowl, microwave for 1 minute and stir.

Another 30 seconds and stir again.

That should melt them perfectly, if not try an additional 15 seconds.

While the chocolate chips are in the microwave chop a Heath bar into tiny pieces and set out the Ritz crackers.

Ritz Cookie Ingredients

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil (to prevent sticking).

Dip each Ritz cracker in the melted chocolate, scrape remaining chocolate from the bottom of the cracker so really just the top is covered in chocolate.

Place the chocolate covered cracker on the baking sheet.

Top right away with the Heath bar and kosher salt.

Put these toffee cookies in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.

These Ritz Cracker Cookies best served cold in my opinion.
