Apple Prosciutto Spinach Salads
Apple Prosciutto Spinach Salads is a great fall salad recipe with an easy to make homemade salad dressing.
And we are making crispy prosciutto to add a little crunch on the Blackstone E-series Indoor Griddle, or in a skillet works too.

How to make Apple Prosciutto Spinach Salads
Start with your skillet or outdoor griddle over medium heat, or set your indoor griddle to 400 degrees.
And add some slices of prosciutto.

While the prosciutto was crisping up I put some olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
My favorite is this Blackstone Tuscan herb seasoning.

Whisk until combined and you have homemade salad dressing.

Flip the prosciutto after a few minutes.

I divided some fresh spinach between two bowls.
And diced a Honeycrisp apple, plus added some goat cheese to each salad.
Remove the prosciutto and let it cool slightly to crisp up even more.

Then break the prosciutto into smaller pieces over each salad.

Apple Prosciutto Spinach Salads were the perfect, healthy dinner for two 🙂
Drizzle the homemade balsamic vinaigrette over top and enjoy!
