Smoked Salmon BLT Sliders
Smoked Salmon BLT Sliders are a fun appetizer or dinner recipe served on King’s Hawaiian Sweet Slider Rolls!
So easy to make but with a definite WOW factor 🙂
We had these as a game day snack, but these could certainly be a meal!
How to make Smoked Salmon BLT Sliders
You’ll need cooked bacon for these sliders, so I put mine in the air fryer to start cooking while I assembled everything else.
First cut the 12 pack of King’s Hawaiian rolls in half, separating the tops and bottoms.
This works best with a large serrated knife.
Place both the tops and bottoms on a baking sheet.
And brush the top bun with melted butter and season with everything bagel seasoning.
Then place this in a 400 degree oven for about 5 minutes to toast slightly.
Once the buns are toasty, spread 6 ounces of whipped cream cheese on the bottom bun.
I recommend having the cream cheese at room temperature to help this go smoothly.
Then lay 4 ounces of smoked salmon slices over the cream cheese and a squeeze of lemon on the salmon as well.
This may not seem like a ton of salmon, but smoked salmon brings big flavor.
It’s the perfect amount so the salmon doesn’t overwhelm the other ingredients.
Next add 8 to 10 slices of cooked bacon.
And some tomato slices that have been seasoned with kosher salt and pepper.
Finally add some iceberg lettuce and place the top bun over top.
See, I told ya Smoked Salmon BLT Sliders make a gorgeous presentation… right?!
Just slice with a sharp knife to serve!
