Air Fryer Breakfast Roll Ups
I love recipes that I can make ahead and reheat throughout the week… that’s one option when making these Air Fryer Breakfast Roll Ups!
Make a batch on a weekend and pop them in the microwave throughout the week for a breakfast on the go.
Or another idea, in addition to regular old breakfast or brunch, is breakfast-for-dinner!
I’m very “mid-western-y” in that I’ll roll just about anything in a crescent roll and call it a snack or even a meal.
This breakfast idea can include any ingredients you’d like.
Mix it up with some bacon, ham, different cheeses, etc.
How to make Air Fryer Breakfast Roll Ups
First crack 3 eggs in a bowl and add a splash of milk, kosher salt, and pepper.
Beat with a fork until combined.
Then set a skillet over medium low heat with butter.
Add the eggs and scramble as they slowly cook, viola… light and fluffy scrambled eggs 🙂
I cooked my maple sausage links in the air fryer for 9 to 10 minutes at 370 degrees.
You could easily get the precooked links if preferred.
Now to assemble the little bundled up breakfast pigs-in-a-blanket!
Unroll a tube of crescent roll dough and separate the triangles of dough.
Add some egg, a sausage link, and a half slice of Colby Jack cheese.
Then, VERY carefully, roll them up and place in the air fryer basket.
These babies are PACKED full of breakfast goodness… literally exploding with flavor 😉
Set the air fryer to 370 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes.
And brush with a mixture of melted butter and maple syrup during the last few minutes of cooking.
The maple butter on these Air Fryer Breakfast Roll Ups will have your kitchen smelling heavenly!
