Air Fryer Garlic Sriracha Shrimp are quite the spicy treat!
Just a few ingredients and a few minutes in the air fryer is really all it takes to make these flavorful shrimp.
You can enjoy these by themselves, maybe with a squeeze of lemon and dipped in ranch.
Or they would be incredible as a taco with some lettuce, sour cream, and cheese.
Even on a salad would be pretty amazing too!
How to Make Air Fryer Garlic Sriracha Shrimp
The stars that bring flavor to the shrimp are sriracha seasoning, garlic paste, and olive oil.
You can find any brand of sriracha seasoning in the spice aisle of your grocery store.
This one is monstrous in size because I use it quite often 🙂
Pat a pound of jumbo shrimp dry with paper towels so the seasoning sticks.
Put the shrimp in a bowl with olive oil, sriracha seasoning, and garlic paste.
I wrote this recipe as adding 2 to 3 tablespoons, more or less depending on your spice preference.
We are spice fanatics here, even the kids, so I went with the 3 tablespoons.
And add some kosher salt and pepper as well.
Toss until evenly mixed and the next stop is the air fryer 🙂
Place the shrimp in an even layer in the air fryer basket.
I had a little seasoning left in the bowl so I topped the extras on the shrimp.
Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 8 to 9 minutes.
No need to flip or anything else.
The air fryer is one of my favorite ways to cook shrimp, so easy and they come out perfect each and every time!
We had our Air Fryer Garlic Sriracha Shrimp with lemon and dipped in ranch 🙂
But as I mentioned earlier, these would be great as a taco or on a salad!
