Strawberry Chicken Salad
There’s really no cooking involved with this super easy Strawberry Chicken Salad recipe.
That is, of course, if you plan ahead and save some leftover chicken.
I made grilled chicken for dinner the night before planning these salads.
So I made extra on purpose to cook once and eat twice. Pretty nifty trick, huh?
You could also get one of those rotisserie chickens from the grocery store and use that.
Then this salad is ready after just a few minutes 🙂
How to Make Strawberry Chicken Salad
Remember the goal here was quick and easy.
So, yes…I even got precut field greens from the store.
Strawberries, glazed pecans, feta cheese, and even store bought vinaigrette.
They have both strawberry and raspberry vinaigrettes to choose from at the store.

Slice a few strawberries (which is may be the most amount of work here).

And divide the field greens between four plates/bowls, or containers if meal prepping.
I actually did both, two salads for dinner and two meal prep salads for lunch the next day.

And then just add the toppings to each salad.
Starting with the already cooked and diced chicken leftover from our meal the night before 🙂

It’s up to you…you can arrange them nicely or just throw everything on.
Either way it will be super delicious!

Strawberry Chicken Salad sure is awfully pretty 🙂

Serve it with the raspberry or strawberry vinaigrette and enjoy!

YUM!

.

For the meal prep salads I just put the dressing on the side.
Those little cups with lids are great for meal prepping.
You can get them from Amazon or most grocery stores.
