Weekly Meal Plan June 7

This week’s dinner ideas for you are all summer themed recipes. Enjoy!

I know the official start to summer isn’t for a few weeks….but….I am a teacher officially on summer break!

Summer starts now for me, and the weather is screaming summer too!

That means lots of fresh dinners, grilling of course, and gorgeous, colorful fruits and veggies to enjoy.

I hope you enjoy these summer themed recipes!

Sweet Summertime Corn Salad

I mean, I even named this one after my favorite season.

Sweet Summertime Corn Salad is my favorite thing to make every summer.

In my family this is our complete dinner, but feel free to add some Cajun Lime Shrimp Kabobs or Grilled Ginger Garlic Steak if you wanted to add a protein.

Grilled Maple Sriracha Chicken

A little sweet, a little heat makes this grilled chicken dinner amazing!

Side dishes to go with this could be Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potatoes or I have a complete list of Air Fryer Side Dishes to try.

Key Lime Cheesecake Dip

In my weekly meal plan posts I share three meals and something fun for the weekend.

This weekend recipe is a refreshing dessert, it’s so easy to make and perfect to serve when the weather is hot.

Dip with graham cracker sticks or fresh fruit.
