High Protein Avocado Cilantro Lime Sauce
I made this High Protein Avocado Cilantro Lime Sauce as part of my Blackstone Chicken Sweet Potato and Corn Meal Prep Series.
And used it in several of the healthy meals I made in that series.
It would be a fantastic addition to tacos, a chip or veggie dip, or salad dressing too!

How to make High Protein Avocado Cilantro Lime Sauce
Add some cottage cheese and an avocado to your blender or food processor.

And some lime juice, green hot sauce, kosher salt, and pepper.
Plus some milk, a little if you want a thick sauce or more if you want a thinner dressing like consistency.

Finally a drizzle of hot honey and fresh cilantro.

Blend until smooth and taste for seasoning.
I added more kosher salt, pepper, lime, and hot sauce to mine.

Store High Protein Avocado Cilantro Lime Sauce in the fridge for a few days, if it lasts that long!
And check out my Blackstone Chicken Sweet Potato and Corn Meal Prep Series to see how I used it in several healthy recipes.
