Meal Prep Steak and Egg Bites
I’ve been having the best time creating new and easy high protein meal prep recipes for you, and these Meal Prep Steak and Egg Bites were my husband’s favorite!
Because of the steak of course 🙂
And with 15 grams of protein per egg bite, you can’t beat these!
How to make Meal Prep Steak and Egg Bites
You could use leftover diced steak or make your own.
I cut an 8 ounce sirloin into my skillet and seasoned simply with kosher salt and pepper.

Then put a cup of cottage cheese and 6 eggs into a bowl.

You can also add some of your favorite unflavored protein powder if you’d like.
Some shredded cheese of choice and season with kosher salt, pepper, and a breakfast seasoning blend of choice.

Mix it all together with the diced, cooked steak and get your muffin pan ready.

I love my silicone muffin pan that I place on a baking sheet.
And use an ice cream scoop to transfer the steak and egg mixture.

Bake Meal Prep Steak and Egg Bites in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes 🙂
Let them cool slightly before removing them.
I stored these in the fridge in a covered container for a few days and we reheated to enjoy for a healthy, high protein breakfast or snack.
