Ingredients
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup unflavored protein powder
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked, diced steak
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese of choice
  • kosher salt, pepper, breakfast seasoning blend of choice
  • nonstick spray
Instructions
  1. Put the cottage cheese, eggs, protein powder, diced steak, cheese, kosher salt, pepper, and breakfast seasoning into a bowl and stir until combined.

  2. Spray a (12-count) regular size muffin pan with nonstick spray. Use an ice cream scoop to add the batter to the muffin pan.

    Note: I used a silicone muffin pan on a baking sheet and the egg bites did not stick at all.

  3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool before removing. Store in a covered container in the fridge for a few days and reheat before enjoying.
