These Air Fryer Chicken Avocado Bites are easy, healthy, high protein, and perfect for meal prepping.

We dipped ours in tzatziki sauce and they were soooo yummy!

How to make Air Fryer Chicken Avocado Bites

Just a few simple ingredients to get started.

First put a pound of ground chicken into a bowl.

Season with kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

You could also add unflavored protein powder for little extra protein boost if you’d like.

Then add a diced avocado.

Air Fryer Chicken Avocado Bites before mixing

Use your hands to mix it all together and roll into 14 balls.

I placed mine right into the air fryer basket.

Set your air fryer to 380 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored protein powder (optional)
  • kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning
  • 1 avocado diced
  • Optional: tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. Put the chicken, protein powder (if using), kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl. Add the diced avocado, and mix with your hands.

  2. Roll into 14 balls and place directly in your air fryer basket. Set your air fryer to 380 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes.

  3. Serve right away dipped in tzatziki sauce if desired. If meal prepping, store in the fridge, covered, for a few days. Reheat and enjoy as a snack, add to salads, or wraps.
