
Air Fryer Chicken Avocado Bites is a healthy, high protein air fryer recipe perfect for meal prepping for a quick snack or lunch on the go!
Put the chicken, protein powder (if using), kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl. Add the diced avocado, and mix with your hands.
Roll into 14 balls and place directly in your air fryer basket. Set your air fryer to 380 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes.
Serve right away dipped in tzatziki sauce if desired. If meal prepping, store in the fridge, covered, for a few days. Reheat and enjoy as a snack, add to salads, or wraps.
