Chicken Shirataki Noodle Bowls
Chicken Shirataki Noodle Bowls are not only low carb, they were soooo easy to make thanks to my Blackstone griddle!
I share meal prep series for your griddle at IfYou GiveAGirlAGrill.com, so the chicken and mushrooms were already done thanks to my Blackstone Chicken Teriyaki Steak and Mushroom Meal Prepping.
And this meal was low in carbs and calories thanks to these shirataki noodles!

How to make Chicken Shirataki Noodle Bowls
Start with your already cooked mushrooms and chicken, plus teriyaki and spicy mayo.
You could dice chicken and slice mushrooms to cook just for this meal in the skillet first, if you’d like.

Set a large skillet over medium heat, if you need to cook your chicken and mushrooms first add them in the skillet with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Since mine were meal prepped, I added some cooking oil and the shirataki noodles first, that I drained and rinsed first.

Then added the cooked chicken and mushrooms to stir for a few minutes.

Teriyaki sauce, spicy mayo, kosher salt, and pepper join the party.
Then add chopped, fresh cilantro and lime juice.
Once it’s all warm and sauced how you like, it’s time to eat.

Divide this between bowls.

Chicken Shirataki Noodle Bowls
Chicken Shirataki Noodle Bowls is an easy low carb and keto friendly recipe, I meal prepped my chicken and mushrooms to save even more time!
Ingredients
- cooking oil of choice
- 1 (8-ounce) package shirataki noodles drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cooked, diced chicken (I meal prepped mine on my Blackstone griddle, details in post above)
- 1/2 cup sliced cooked mushrooms (also meal prepped)
- teriyaki sauce, spicy mayo, chopped fresh cilantro, lime juice, kosher salt, pepper (amounts depend on your preference)
Instructions

Set a large skillet over medium heat. Add cooking oil, the noodles, chicken, and mushrooms. Cook 2 minutes, mixing a few times.
Note: If you don't already have meal prepped cooked chicken and mushrooms, add raw diced chicken and mushrooms (season with salt and pepper) to the skillet first and cook 6 to 8 minutes, mixing a few times and then add the noodles.

Add teriyaki sauce, spicy mayo, chopped cilantro, lime juice, kosher salt, and pepper. Cook 2 to 3 more minutes, mixing a few times.

Serve in two bowls topped with more of the sauces and a lime wedge to squeeze over top if desired.
