
Chicken Shirataki Noodle Bowls is an easy low carb and keto friendly recipe, I meal prepped my chicken and mushrooms to save even more time!
Set a large skillet over medium heat. Add cooking oil, the noodles, chicken, and mushrooms. Cook 2 minutes, mixing a few times.
Note: If you don't already have meal prepped cooked chicken and mushrooms, add raw diced chicken and mushrooms (season with salt and pepper) to the skillet first and cook 6 to 8 minutes, mixing a few times and then add the noodles.
Add teriyaki sauce, spicy mayo, chopped cilantro, lime juice, kosher salt, and pepper. Cook 2 to 3 more minutes, mixing a few times.
Serve in two bowls topped with more of the sauces and a lime wedge to squeeze over top if desired.
